How Registration on This Website Works
The registration and contact links on this website use mailto: technology — the website does not store any data in its own database. When clicked, your own email application opens with a pre-filled message, which you send to us. Your data therefore reaches us through ordinary email.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We use your data solely to contact you regarding the event you expressed interest in, and, if you wish, to send you information about future dates. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Processors and Service Providers
For email communication we use Google (Gmail); in its role as a service provider, Google processes the content of the emails. The website is hosted on the Vercel hosting platform, which, as a processor, may process ordinary technical access data (such as IP address) for operational and security purposes. We do not sell data and we do not use paid advertising systems.

In its current form, the website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. If we introduce traffic measurement or a newsletter in the future, we will inform you and request any necessary consent at that time.
